MINI Cooper S (R56)

Supplied new by Dick Lovett MINI in Hungerford in March 2009, this MINI Cooper S has passed through the hands of just three owners in the last fifteen years.

The exterior is finished in Pepper White, complimented nicely with the roof, mirror caps and bonnet stripes all in black. Inside, we have Carbon Black part leather interior with Piano Black trim.

The bodywork is in extremely good condition for a car of its age and mileage, with little to report when it comes to age-related wear and tear. The 17” Flame Spoke alloy wheels have been recently refurbished and shod in premium brand tyres with plenty of life left in them. 

Similarly, the interior is in equally tidy condition, evidence that the previous owners of this car have treated it with plenty of love and care throughout its life.

The service book contains 11 stamps at regular intervals, most recently in September 2024 where the timing chain was also replaced. Coupled with a fresh MOT it means that this Cooper S is ready to go, wanting for nothing.

This car is fitted with the all-important Chilli Pack, which in addition to the aforementioned half leather interior and 17” wheels also gave the car Automatic Air Conditioning, Bluetooth capability, Sports Steering Wheel, Sports Suspension and Xenon Headlights. 

We all know that the MINI Cooper S is brilliant fun to drive, this example being no exception. It is evident from behind the wheel that this car has been well maintained throughout its life – it feels every bit as good as it must have done on the day it left MINI in Hungerford fifteen years ago. A wonderful, useable, pure drivers’ car.
