With just two previous enthusiast owners, the most recent who kept the car for 11 years, this VXR has been well loved. It includes two keys, a full set of owners’ manuals in the leather pouch and a folder with invoices and MOT certificates documenting the cars history. As part of our preparation, the car has been serviced, had a fresh MOT and a replacement windscreen washer pump.

From behind the wheel, the VXR is a lot of fun. With 276bhp on tap from the 2.0 Turbo engine it goes extremely well, brand new Uniroyal Rainsport 5 tyres on the front mean it grips well in the corners, and there are no unwanted knocks or rattles.
